Cancellation Policy

​

 If you need to cancel for any reason, you can do so by notifying us 24 hours in advance. If we do not receive a 24 hour advance notice, the session will be lost and credit will not be re-issued.

We reserve the right to cancel a requested appointment at any time due to receiving inaccurate information, address not in serviced area, unavailable subject or for any other issue that may arise. If for any reason we issue a refund on any service(s) purchased for any reason, there may be delays of 1-7 days in updating and receiving your refund from date it was issued.

Homework and Academic Policy

Ahava Consultancy Group's homework and academic policy ensures that students maintain credit, integrity and responsibility for their work. Tutoring is not a substitution for class attendance and participation. Tutors cannot grade assignments for student's. BHT tutors offer guidance and support, but will not be held responsible for completing assignments on the student's behalf. Please be advised that no more than half a session will be devoted to homework support as our educational philosophy emphasizes comprehension methods with the goal to create "self learners".

Tutoring Conditions

By using our website's, and services you accept that we reserve the right to terminate service with any client or individual at any time. We have the right to refuse service to any potential, new, current or past clientele. Consultations are not guaranteed and subject to discretion. Payment needs to be made online before arranging a session. Legal Guardians are responsible for being present for the entirety of all meetings, consultations and tutoring sessions. We, or on behalf of any organization we refer our visitors to, are not responsible for missing physical materials from meeting locations or consequences, claims and actions resulting from improper use of these terms. We are not responsible for the actions of third group parties, or outside tutors, we may connect you with.

Privacy Policy

The Internet is not 100% secure.  We cannot promise that your use of our site or software will be completely safe.  We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. We keep personal information as long as it is necessary or relevant for the practices described in this Policy. We also keep information as otherwise required by law or for internal compliance or record-keeping purposes. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of our conditions and agreements from time to time as we deem appropriate. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise indicated. By filling out our consultation form, you give us permission to share your information with a third party and separate entity.

Terms of Use

 Tutoring supplies only include primary worksheets and no additional supplemental resources such as books or writing supplies. We do not provide any binding academic agreements, oral or written. guaranteeing detailed outcomes of student achievement resulting from use of our services. Copying images, texts, terms, designs,  our service procedures, tutoring practices, mimicking or copying the scheduling system, whether in part or in full, is not permitted. We will take appropriate legal action against violators. We may change these Terms at any time by posting changes on the Site. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting. The continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to any revised Terms. By using our website, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, this agreement and all such terms, conditions and notices.
